About Tam Lapp

Hello, My name is Tam Lapp.

I am a local York County, PA resident. I was born in Ethiopia along with 6 sisters.

Tragic events in my life led me to being adopted at the age of 13 by a loving family in Amish Country Lancaster, Pennsylvania who taught me the value of life, hard work, having morals, principles and ethics. I live by this code of life in business and everyday life as you should.

I have been an entrepreneur at heart from a young age and along the way have built multiple local businesses such as Tam Lapp Construction LLC, a Reputable Construction Company that has operated in over 15 states with thousands of clients, projects and have built a reputable name by nothing else than hard work with honest, fair and sound business practices. 

From a early age, being a hands-on builder of residential and commercial properties for many years and currently Investing Full Time in real estate I have encountered many obstacles and lessons that have only helped in my journey. My passion now is to help others in the real estate world  and this is why you are here… so thank you for finding my company.
